Access Digital Assistant: Auto-case creation

Create a case with support using the Digital Assistant.

Our Access Digital Assistant is here to support you with PeopleHR 24/7 and we hope you get to solution you need every time.

However, we understand there may be times when you need some extra help from our support team. Because of this, once you've interacted with the Access Digital Assistant, you can now speak directly to the support team, without ever having to leave PeopleHR πŸ‘₯

To do this, follow the steps below.

⚠️Important: You can only do this if you already have access to raise a support case.

  1. In PeopleHR, click the Digital Assistant icon.

  2. Click Help with PeopleHR and type your question.

  3. If the answer didn't help, select Talk to a person.

  4. Click Yes.
