Performance reviews in PeopleHR will allow you to boost employee performance, increase employee engagement and set clear goals for your employees.
πNote: Only admins and users with edited access rights will be able to create performance reviews.

To set up a performance review in more details, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button, then click HR Admin.
Click Settings, then click Performance.
Click the plus + icon, then enter a name.
Enter the completion date or select No Completion Date.
Select who is eligible for this review, then click Test Rule.
Create core segments, job role segments and 360 segments.
Click Add Segment, then add performance questions as relevant.
Under Core Value, select the relevant option, then click Add.
Click Save Segment, then click Save.
Select In Use then click Send Email To All Employees.
You can now complete a performance review as an employee or manager.
πNote: Printing out a blank review template is not possible and the segments' names on the performance review can not be amended.
