Complete a return to work form

PeopleHR is prompting me to complete a return to work form.

If your admin has enabled return-to-work verification in PeopleHR, you'll receive an email to complete a return-to-work form whenever you're off sick.

To complete the form, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Me then click Planner.

  2. In the return-to-work yellow banner, click View Details.

  3. Complete and submit the form.

Once you've submitted it, your manager receives an email requesting them to complete their part of the form. Once your manager completes their part, you'll stop receiving emails.
