When integrated with Indeed and Glassdoor, you advertise your vacancies from within your ATS into these job portals. When candidates apply, you automatically view them in their ATS applicant records.
To turn on the integration with Glassdoor and Indeed, first, create a vacancy and then follow these steps:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings, then click the ATS tab.
Click Vacancy and select Allow posting on portals (Indeed, Glassdoor).

How do these integrations work? | If integrated with Glassdoor, when applicants click on your vacancy, they're directed to the PeopleHR vacancy page to apply. |
How often do vacancies update on the external job board? | Due to internet propagation which is a process outside PeopleHR, it can take up to 24 hours for a vacancy to become available on the Internet from the time you activate your vacancy. |
Which vacancies pull through to Glassdoor and Indeed? | All vacancies with a Vacancy Type set as External or Both pull through the job boards.
Note: Indeed advised that an email address within the vacancy job description can affect the integration between PeopleHR and Indeed. For this reason, we do not advise including an email address within the job description. |
📌Note: When you change your company logo on People HR, make sure to change it on your Indeed/Glassdoor profile to match with the new logo.
