With PeopleHR, you can reply to application emails from your company's email address such as HR@yourcompany.com only if you validated it.
If you don't set your preferred sending email address, by default, you send from noreply@peoplehremail.com.
Add your preferred email address as a sender
To add your preferred email address, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then ATS.
Click Email Settings and enter your domain to register it.
Click Save.
Identify the email you wish to use as the sender.
๐Note: As you're sending emails generated from PeopleHR to your applicants, you're sending them from our industrial strength email servers. For this reason, your preferred email address is listed in the From field, but our email server is the sender.
