As an administrator, you can configure the clock in and out of work from the mobile app.
With a beacon, you allow your employees to clock in when within the beacon zone and clock out when leaving the beacon zone.
📌Note: As this works through Bluetooth, there may be a delay in the clock in times, therefore we don't recommend it for workers paid by the minute.
After you've set up a location, to configure your beacon, follow the options below:
In the mobile application, tap Settings then tap Mobile.
Next to the relevant location, select Beacon.
To set this live as soon as you save this beacon, select In Use.
Enter your Beacon Id, Major and Minor, which depends on the type of beacon purchased.
If relevant, enter a Description.
📌Note: You can use this description when you report on the employee's clock in and out data. Specify the location here.
