If you have a document that you need an employee to sign, you can upload it to PeopleHR and request that the employee signs it electronically.

Administrators have permission to do this by default. You can amend the access rights for managers so they can also upload documents.

To upload a document for an employee to sign, watch this video or follow the steps below.
โ ๏ธImportant: Once the employee signs the document, you can't make any further changes. Ensure you have finalised changes to the document before you follow the steps.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Select the relevant employee then click the Documents tab.
Click Add Document.
You can then select one of three options:
Upload a document from your computer.
Use an existing template.
Add a link.
๐Note: If using an existing template, any changes made only apply to the document you're uploading and not the template itself.
