Create query on sickness

Create a query that shows the total number of days sick a staff member has had in one year.

To create a query on sickness, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus + icon.

  3. From the first column, select Absences then select the following:

    • Sick Start Date.

    • Sick End Date.

    • Sick Durations (Days).

    • Sick Reason.

  4. Click Next then select the relevant filters.

  5. Click Next then enter a name, description and, category.

  6. Click Next then, if required, click Export To.

πŸ“ŒNote: You can query on Return to Work forms to check if they are required and if they have been completed by the Employee and Manager.
