To create a query on sickness, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the plus + icon.
From the first column, select Absences then select the following:
Sick Start Date.
Sick End Date.
Sick Durations (Days).
Sick Reason.
Click Next then select the relevant filters.
Click Next then enter a name, description and, category.
Click Next then, if required, click Export To.
πNote: You can query on Return to Work forms to check if they are required and if they have been completed by the Employee and Manager.
