If you've created other events in PeopleHR, to accurately reflect their activities, you can amend whether the employee shows as working or on leave. For example, you can set working from home as working and childcare as leave.

To do this, watch the video or follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Select the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.
Under Other Events, click the relevant day.
From the Reason drop-down menu, select +(Manage This List).
Select the reason you need to amend.
From the Allocate Time drop-down menu, select Leave or Working as required.
Click Save then click Close.
