Upload documents to one or more employees.

Uploading documents in bulk will allow you to add the same document to multiple employees profiles instantly.

To upload documents to one or more employees, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Bulk Actions then click Other.

  3. Click Documents then select the relevant filters.

  4. Click Test Rule then click Next.

  5. Upload the relevant document then select the relevant check boxes.

  6. Click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you want to add documents in bulk for a set number of employees, make sure to select the relevant users to avoid uploading the documents to the wrong peoples' profiles.
