In an employee's planner, you have a Sick Days Heat Map available, like in the screenshot below:
Each day is colour-coded using a heat map that represents the pattern of days when an employee is most likely to be off sick within a 12-month rolling period. The colours change as follows:
Green - 0 days
Yellow - 1 day
Amber - 2 days
Orange - 3 days
Dark orange - 4 days
Dark pink - 5 days
Red - 6 days
