Delete a logbook from employee record

How to delete a logbook from an employee's record.

These logbook records would first have to be deleted to remove the screen completely. You can use the query builder to report on where these records are.

To delete a logbook:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employees.

  2. Click the relevant employee record and go to the Logbook tab.

  3. Click the drop-down box and select the custom screen you wish to delete.

  4. Select the logbook record and click Delete.

πŸ“ŒNote: To comply with GDPR, once a record or screen has been deleted, we also this from our background systems. This means we are unable to retrieve any data once deleted.

If you do not have the Delete button, check the logbook screen's signature field to have the Lock Editing field unticked.

You can't delete a logbook screen if this is currently in use within an employee's record.
