Query on applicant questions and answers

Create a query to review applicants' answers.

To view applicant questions and answers you can create a query following the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus + icon.

  3. In the left-hand list, select Vacancy and Applicant.

  4. In the right-hand side selection area, you can select any option suited for the desired results, but you must include:

    • Vacancy.

    • Applicant First Name.

    • Applicant Last Name.

    • Applicant Source.

    • Question.

    • Answer.

  5. Click Next, then click Answer.

  6. From the filter dropdown, select Non blank.

  7. Click Next, and then name the query.

  8. Then click Save to see the results.
