Elevating a user's access to queries will allow non-admin users in your system to view information in the queries tab.
To elevate access rights for queries:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Overview tab.
Under Quick Actions, click Edit Access Rights then click Edit Access Rights.
Select the relevant filters.
Under Custom Access Settings, from the Queries drop-down menu, select Update or Run.
Click Save.
If you want them to have access only to specific queries, you can use hotsheets.
To prevent the users from seeing certain queries, just tick the option Only Admin Can Access from within Name & Description and their access to queries will be restricted.
