Virtual clock only allows users to add the current time as the in or out on their timesheet to prevent them from backdating this.

To turn on the virtual clock for multiple employees, you need to do this for each employee on an individual basis, in their planners.
To do this follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Select an employee then click Planner.
Click Settings then select or deselect the virtual clock tick box.
Enter a reason for the change and save.
