As a manager, you can be nominated as a hiring lead for vacancies within PeopleHR. When this happens, you receive an email and in your Access Button you have the ATS option.
As a hiring lead, you can manage applicants within the vacancy you are the lead for, including adding a scorecard. This allows you to rate the applicant in various areas and give an overall score and recommendation.
You can also move the applicant into the relevant stages as they move through the pipeline.
You have the following actions available to you on the applicant's record:
Email Applicant: Send your applicant a general contact or schedule an interview.
Email Team: Email anyone else with access and responsibilities regarding the vacancy.
Reject: You can reject the applicant.
Move Stage: Move to another stage in the pipeline.
Move/Copy: Move or copy them to another vacancy.
As well as being able to manage the applicants while logged in, you also receive email alerts from activity within ATS.
