Create scorecards

Create scorecards and use them to score an applicant in different areas.

When creating a vacancy, you can also create a scorecard to fill in when a candidate applies for a vacancy.

By design, a default scorecard is assigned to all vacancies. You can edit the default scorecard and all new vacancies have this scorecard assigned or edit the default scorecard per vacancy.


Locate and edit default scorecards

To edit the default scorecard, follow these steps:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then click on ATS.

  3. Click Scorecards, then click Edit to manage any of the existing categories.

  4. Update the name of the category, add, edit, or delete any existing questions in that category.

  5. Click Save Category.


Locate and edit a specific vacancy's scorecard

To locate a specific vacancy's scorecard, follow these steps:

  1. Click Access Button image then click ATS.

  2. Click the Vacancies tab, then select the relevant vacancy.

  3. Click the Scorecard tab, then click Edit to manage any of the existing categories.

  4. Update the name of the category, add, edit, or delete any existing questions in that category.

  5. Click Save Category.


Assign a scorecard to the applicant's record

To add a scorecard to an applicant's record, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click ATS.

  2. Click the Talent Pool tab, and then select the relevant applicant.

  3. Click the Scorecards tab, then click Add New.

  4. In the Type list, select the type of feedback then select the Overall Recommendation.

  5. In the Overall Score list, input a score where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent then enter your notes.

  6. Score your applicant against the categories selected for this vacancy, and then click Save twice.
