Once your applicants submit their video or audio answers, to view these, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click ATS.
Click the Applicants tab, then select the relevant applicant.
Click Scorecards, then click View Audio/Video Questions and Answers.
You can play the recording, or download it. You can also, view the users who answered or downloaded the questions.
