The Guidebook area is where you can view prebuilt out-of-the-box dashboards. The content within a guidebook is a collection of related topics and analyses that provide insight into business questions and workforce data.
Topics
Once you click into a guidebook, you will see a list of related topics which are categories used to organise a collection of analyses. Each topic contains at least one analysis.
Example: If you click into the People Management Guidebook, you will find a list of 8 topics, such as Key HR Metrics and Organisation Overview.
Standard Dashboard Guidebook
The standard dashboard includes pre-defined KPIs from your company data on the HR Dashboard topic, which includes People Management KPIs.
Aggregated data view is presented to end users, and no personal, sensitive, employee-level data is available.
Users who have access to this dashboard, see organisational-wide KPIs.
