How to view or delete a capture.

Within Captures, you can save the charts that you see in any analysis by creating a capture. When you create a capture, the analysis context is static, but chart data is always based on the latest data version.

To add a capture depending on the area, follow the instructions below.

  • To capture a chart in Explore or when viewing a chart in full screen, click Capture on the Visual Actions menu.

  • To capture a chart in an analysis, click Capture then select the chart you want to capture.

The capture will then be displayed in the Captures tab.


View captures

To view a capture, follow the below steps.

  1. On the navigation bar, click Captures.

    ๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Your most recent captures will appear first.

  2. Use the advanced filters to find captures based on:

  • Time - The time they were saved.

  • Visual - The visual type of the capture.

  • Metric - A metric used in the capture.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: The maximum number of captures is 100. If the limit is reached, only the most recent captures will be displayed.


Delete a capture

To delete a capture, follow the steps below.

  1. Hover over the capture you want to delete and select the tick icon.

  2. Click Delete.
