Employment start
Each day, the system sends the full set of employment start events, for current employees and leavers. The system compares the data sent on the previous day with the one sent on the day of the action, and all the updates are actioned instantly.

Employee exit
Each day, the system sends the employee exit events, for employee’s that have a final employment date of today or in the past. The system then compares today's data to the events sent on the previous day and any updates are made accordingly.

Future employee exit
Future employee exit events are sent each day, for all employee’s with a final employment date in the future. This is compared to the events sent on the previous day and any updates are made accordingly.
