When creating a news post or a vacancy, you have the option to attach a PDF file within the text editor. This will create a link in the text, that the employee or the applicant can click on to be directed to the PDF document.

To attach a PDF within the text editor, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the pitch-fork icon, then click the Upload button.

  2. Select the files to upload, then click Insert.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: The PDF file name should not contain any special characters, as this may result in the file not displaying correctly.

  3. To edit the display text, right-click on the PDF link within the text editor, and then select Properties.

  4. Edit the display text from the Link Text field.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: The maximum file size is 1024KB. If your file is too large, reduce the size of your PDF's.

If the file is still too large, you can add a hyperlink to the document. You will first have to upload the document to a website or a service such as Dropbox, or Google Drive.
