The HR Assistant is a specialised Evo skill within Copilot that helps streamline your HR tasks, such as searching company documents and accessing employee information.

Think of Copilot as your core solution and HR Assistant as one of the helpful tools available within it.

Employees can search questions in the HR Assistant and, if you've uploaded company documents to PeopleHR, it uses these to generate a response.

If the information isn't available, the HR Assistant gives a generic response using OpenAI from the contents of your company documents and links to the most relevant documentation in PeopleHR.
