By default, managers will not see the dashboard under the Dashboard tab. Instead, they must be explicitly granted access and follow a different navigation path.
To give managers the same view as admins, follow these steps:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Select the manager then select Give People Analytics Access.
Configure the Data Access settings:
All Employees
Direct and Indirect Reports
Reports Only
Assign the user group PHR Standard Users.
How managers access the dashboard
Once access has been granted, managers should navigate as follows:
Click Access Button
Click People Analytics then Guidebook.
Click HR Dashboard.
📌Note: For managers, the dashboard will not appear under the Dashboard tab (as it does for admins).
