We know you like our platform and order a lot of your content from us. In return, we make sure your ordering process gets better by the day. This time, we've upgraded your bulk order experience.

We understand that for some projects, there are many assignments that you'd like to order. It gets tedious to write the entire brief for every assignment repeatedly. Since you loved the "Bulk Upload" feature, we have refreshed and improvised it to save you time and effort.

Let's get started

  1. Open your Pepper dashboard.

  2. Start a new project

  3. Choose the content type

  4. Give basic details of your project in the "Create a Project" section.

  5. Then you land on the "Assignments" section. Refer below.

Upload assignment details in a jiffy.

  1. Click on "Bulk request". You will see a pop-up on the screen.

  2. Click on “Download Sample File”. An excel sheet starts downloading.

  • You will see a few headlines in the first row of the excel sheet that has already been filled. The headlines ask you basic details about your assignment.

  • Without editing or deleting that, fill in the details like name of the assignment, word count, purpose, etc.

  • Once you have typed in your requirements, save(as) it. Save it as a “CSV file”. Choose the CSV(Comma Delimited) option from the drop-down list which comes in the Save as Type option.

  • Then, click on the “Click to Upload” option on the screen pop-up.

This leads to 2 case scenarios :

  1. Voila! Your assignments have been uploaded. You are good to go. If you filed all the information correctly, the file will get uploaded immediately.

  2. If the details filled in were incorrect, the upload will be unsuccessful. The issue as well as the cell number will be mentioned. Rectify it on the excel sheet and upload it again.

Go through the Do’s and Don’ts section of this blog to understand what issues might crop up.

P.S It isn’t necessary for you to fill in every detail. For the ones that you haven’t in the sheet, you’ll get an option to do so in the screen pop-up.

However, keep in mind that the answer will be applicable to all the assignments of the sheet alike. For instance, if you write the word count as 1500, all the blogs will be of 1500 words.

Do’s and Don’ts

  1. The rows in the file should be in a particular order.

  2. Don’t delete or edit the Headings in the sample file.

  3. Ensure the keywords are comma-separated.

  4. The CSV file shouldn’t exceed 10 MB.

  5. Don’t type anything other than a URL in the references column.

  6. Don’t type anything that’s not a number in the word count column.

Once you’ve uploaded the file, you’re good to go. Just complete the rest of the brief. You can also revisit and change anything in the excel sheet at any time. Bulk upload makes your user experience even better.
