Add new assignments to existing projects on Pepper Content

You’re in a meeting discussing how well your recently launched campaign is doing. Someone says that you should hype up on social media, post more content, and attract more users. You say that’s a great idea but on the inside don’t know how to go about it.

You’d already placed an order for a few content pieces a month back and can’t add new assignments Plus, you’re dreading the hard work of writing the brief, explaining the campaign, and showcasing your product to the creator all over again.

But wait, let’s rewind.

What if you could simply add a new assignment and order the new content under the initial project brief? Also, it could be any kind of content - blogs, ebooks, copywriting, etc. Choose from a long list of content types including written, design, and translation services. You can add new assignments to the project after a day, a month, or even a year.

The cherry on the top is that you’ll have all the information documented properly on one platform under one project- all the content that has been made, the content brief, content type, and the bill.

See how efficient it is -

  1. Order content for long-drawn campaigns by spacing and timing it out. Even if you forgot to order a few content pieces, you can do that now.

  2. Order different types of content after analyzing how far you’ve come in the campaign. This way, you’ll be able to experiment with new content, analyze the already existing ones, and order according to the results.

  3. When you don’t have all the details for every content piece, order for the ones that you do. Then, later on, add the items as and when you gain more clarity on them.

  4. Get every content for that campaign under one roof.

Let’s see how simple it is -

Let’s say you’d made a project for a campaign on Pepper’s platform. The Project, irrespective of how old it is, is listed in the Projects section on the left

  1. Open the project for which you want to add new assignments.

  2. Click the arrow beside the name of the project. You can also do so from the left hamburger menu that lists down all the projects.

  3. From the drop-down list, choose “Add new item”

  4. You will see a pop-up on the screen. Choose the content type. It could be anything - text, design, or translation assignments.

  5. Next, the Brief Builder opens up.

  6. You will find project-level and company-related details pre-filled and uneditable.

  7. All you have to do is fill in the details related to your assignment.

  8. Place the order

You will find the assignment added to the “Assignment List” of that particular project.

This is the best way to add new content for your ongoing campaigns. Watch it in action here.

P.S: This is applicable only for open projects that were made on 12th May and onwards.
