Templates are the best way to let the creator know the kind of content you expect. Templates give you the leeway to set a structure that the creator must adhere to. A solid way to ensure that the creator is on the same page as you, templates save you from reinventing the wheel every time you need to order a similar content piece. Templates can be created by the Admin or any member of the team.
Instead of the constant back and forth, set the bar straight the very first time.
