Open the Universal Search Bar (top navigation)
Use the Universal Search Bar at the top of your screen to start a quick lookup from any page.
Steps:
Click the Universal Search Bar
Start typing one of the following:
An address
An MLS number
An agent name
A contact name or email
Results populate as you type.
What you can search for (and what you will see in results)
Universal Search returns matching results across these record types:
Listings
View listings across statuses like Active, Pending, Closed, and Expired.
Use an exact MLS number to pull up a direct listing match.
Agents
Find an agent by name.
Open the agent profile from the results.
Contacts
Find a contact by name or email.
Open the contact record from the results.
💡 Click a result to open the matching listing page, agent profile, or contact record.
Tips
In Paragon, this feature was called Power Search.
Type a partial name to see close matches as you continue typing.
Use Universal Search for quick lookups, not saved or filtered searches.
If you hear Power Search, it refers to the Universal Search Bar.
