Report Types

Agent Ranking Report

A ranking of agents within the market based on transaction volume over a selected time period. Useful for annual performance reviews and full roster analysis.

Sort by available criteria:

  • Close Date

  • County

  • City

  • Subdivision

  • Property Type

  • Property Sub Type

Things to Know:

  • The default date range is set to the prior full calendar year (e.g., Jan 1–Dec 31, 2025) to align with annual performance reporting.

  • Use the Include Zero Volume option to show all agents on the roster, including those with no transactions. This is helpful for calculating the percentage of non-producing agents.

  • Only agents who are active at the time the report is run will be included.

  • Click any ranking stat to drill down into the source listings for that agent. You can verify MLS#, address, list date, sold date, list agent, and sale agent.

  • Broker exclusive listings count toward an agent’s stats but are hidden from all other users, including in drill-down views.

Office Ranking Report

Sort by available criteria:

  • Close Date

  • County

  • City

  • Subdivision

Things to Know:

  • The default date range is set to the prior full calendar year to match standard performance reporting workflows.

  • Use the Include Zero Volume option to include all offices, regardless of transaction count.

  • An office must have been active at any point during the selected date range to appear in the report.

  • Broker exclusive listings count toward office stats but remain hidden from all other users.

Market Activity Report

A “hot sheet” style snapshot of recent listing activity in the market, broken out by listing status and displayed on a map. Great for tracking what’s new, under contract, or recently sold.

  • County

  • City
