Add and Edit Listings

In this article, you will learn how to add a new listing or edit an existing listing from Manage Listings, complete required fields, and Save Draft or Submit Listing.

⚠️ All listings will be added and edited in Paragon until the cutover period.

Manage Listings access

Steps:

  1. Log into Perchwell

  2. Click Manage Listings on your dashboard

Steps:

  1. In Manage Listings, click + Add New Listing

  2. Enter the listing information in the form

Listing form sections

Work through the form from top to bottom. Pay close attention to required fields and any validation messages.


Confirm Auto Tax Fill results

When you enter a property address, Tax ID, or PPIN, Perchwell may auto-fill available public tax record data.

  • Review auto-filled details like square footage, lot size, year built, and tax information

  • Update any fields that are incorrect or incomplete


Confirm the map pin location

After you enter the address, confirm the map pin is accurate.

  • Drag the pin to reposition it when needed

  • Update the latitude and longitude coordinates when needed


Complete required fields

Required fields are marked in red.

  • Fill in every required field before you submit

  • Resolve any MLS or brokerage validation messages


Use AI Scribe (optional)

Use AI Scribe to help draft or revise remarks and descriptions.

  • Generate or rewrite text

  • Review and edit the output before you submit


Configure syndication settings

Choose where your listing is distributed.

  • Select distribution destinations

  • Adjust available display options


Upload photos and documents

Add media and supporting files to the listing.

  • Upload photos and videos (images must be under 5 MB)

  • Upload documents up to 10 MB

  • Attach items like authorization forms or marketing materials


Existing listing updates

Listing selection

Steps:

  1. Go to Manage Listings

  2. Use the search and filters to find the listing

  3. Click the pencil icon

Missing field resolution

Use the right-hand navigation to move through the form.

  • Open sections like Listing Details, Auction Information, and Documents

  • Update the fields you need

If required fields are missing:

  • Look for the red number next to the section name

  • Click that section and complete the missing fields


Save or submit options

At the bottom of the form, choose how you want to proceed.

  • Click Save Draft to finish later

  • Click Submit Listing to send the listing to the MLS
