What you can do on the Search page
Use Search as your home base for daily listing work.
Find listings in the Filters view.
View search results in the Search view.
Refine results with filter columns and the map.
Save searches in Saved Searches.
Share listings and create reports.
Export listings with Export.
Filter listings with the Filters panel and filter columns
Use the Filters panel to add criteria, then use filter columns to fine-tune results from the grid.
Open Filters and add criteria
Steps:
Click Filters
Select common filters such as Property Type, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms
Search for additional filters in the full filters list
Adjust filters from filter columns
In the Search view, reorganize your columns to spotlight the information that you want to see.
Steps:
Click the Columns drop down
Drag and drop columns to reorder your view
Select or deselect the checkboxes next to the columns you want to add or remove from the view
Set up your filter columns, map size, and listing view, then save the layout as a template search.
💡As you add filters, check the Listings tab to see the number of listings that match your current search.
Create and manage Saved Searches
Use Saved Searches to save common client criteria and return to it anytime.
Create a new saved search
Steps:
Add Filters to a new search
Click Save
Enter a name (example: Paul’s Ellisville Homes)
Click Saved Searches to confirm the search name in your list
Update an existing saved search
When you edit filters on a saved search an orange dot will appear above the save button:
Click Save to update it.
Customize how listings and the map display
Adjust the layout so you can scan results faster.
Change listing view
Select a view:
Tiles View
Compact View
Expanded View
Analytics View
Resize or hide the map
Click and drag the pin to readjust the size of the map
Saving listings with Tags
Use Tags to group and organize listings for your clients, then share them in one place.
Create a Tag
Steps:
Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to save
Click Actions
Select Tag
Choose an existing tag from the list, or enter a new name to create one
A highlight on the tag confirms the listings have been added
View tagged listings in Search
Steps:
Click the Columns drop down
Add the Tags column to your Search view
Select a tag from the list to filter your results
💡 You can tag listings on behalf of another agent while running a search. Use this when collaborating with a colleague or managing listings for a team.
Export listing results with Export
Download listing data when you need to share or analyze results outside of Perchwell.
Click Export icon to download a CSV.
Select the MLS master template, or choose a custom template if your brokerage uses one.

Use Analytics for market insights
Switch to the Analytics when you need deeper performance and market reporting.
Review reports such as Market Share, Distribution, Location, and Trends.
Export reports as CSV or PDF.
Email reports to clients.
