In this article, you will learn how to navigate the Listing Detail page, use the Listing Summary and Action Panel, and find key listing information like photos, location tools, and price history.

Listing Detail page overview

Use the Listing Detail page to review a listing, share it with clients, and create reports.

  • Review MLS listing data (price, beds, baths, and open house details)

  • Browse photos, floor plans, and videos

  • Generate client-ready PDFs and shareable links

  • Use tools like Auto CMA, Add Tag, and Similar Listings

  • Launch integrated tools like RPR, ShowingTime, and Down Payment Resource

Listing Header

The Listing Header at the top of the page highlights essential property details.

  • Full listing address

  • Bedrooms

  • Bathrooms

  • Square footage and price per square foot

  • Acreage


Listing Summary navigation

The Listing Summary on the right side helps you move through the page faster.

  • Jump to sections like Listing Information, Location, and History

  • Open tools in the Action Panel


Action Panel tools

Use the Action Panel on the right side to share listings, create outputs, and open integrations.

Sharing, tags, and reports

Use these tools from the Action Panel:

  • Contact Agent

    • Contact the listing agent

  • Share

    • Click Start Message Thread to share the listing with a client in Perchwell

    • Click Share Listing / Copy Link to copy an external link for email or text

    • Click Share via Facebook or Twitter to post to social media

  • Add Tag

    • Add the listing to a tag

    • Track price or status changes through tag alerts

  • Print

Listing detail tiles

Listing data appears in collapsible tiles. Expand a tile to review details, or collapse it to keep the page focused.

Agent-only details

This section is available to registered agents only and can include:

  • Private remarks

  • Listing price and key dates

  • Concessions (when available)

  • Showing details

  • Listing agent contact information


Property details (interior, exterior, lot)

Use these tiles to review the property layout and site details.

  • Interior

    • Review levels, rooms, appliances, and living area information

  • Exterior

    • Review structure type, pool features, fencing, parking, and architectural details

  • Land & Lot

    • Review MLS area, county, tax ID, year built, lot features, zoning, and more


Location tools

Use Location to explore the map and nearby context.

  • Click Map Layers to switch views (default, satellite, terrain)

  • Click Street View to view street-level imagery

  • Click Directions to open Google Maps directions


History (price and status changes)

Use History to track updates made while the listing is on the market.

History views

  • Listing History Details

    • Review major status and price changes

  • Change Log Details

    • Review a detailed log of changes

    • Each entry includes:

      1. Date

      2. Type

      3. Price

      4. DOM (Days on Market)

      5. Changed By

Mortgage and Taxes

Use Mortgage & Taxes to estimate affordability.

  • Review Monthly and Lifetime payment calculations

  • Adjust inputs like down payment, interest rate, sale price, and loan term
