I entered a listing as Residential, but it should be Lease. Can I fix that?
Yes. In Perchwell, you can edit the listing and update the listing type from Residential to Lease, as long as the listing has not yet been finalized or published in a way that restricts edits.

Why can’t I add or maintain a listing in Perchwell?
During the Parallel Period, listings must still be entered and edited in Paragon. Once the full transition is complete, Perchwell will support listing creation and edits.

Listings must now be marked as Equitable Interest = Yes, and a required disclaimer is automatically added to remarks.
