When working with sellers, Perchwell provides tools that help you understand the market, position a property effectively, and stay informed about activity in your area. We’ll walk through how to use Perchwell’s analytics to better understand market trends, so you can price a property appropriately and bring it to market at the right time. You'll also learn how to use the dashboard to view important insights and stay up to date on activity in the market you serve.

Please note that until the full transition to Perchwell is complete, you will still enter new listings and perform listing maintenance in Paragon.


Adding and editing a listing

In this chapter, you’ll learn how to use the Perchwell Dashboard to monitor market activity, track listings, and stay on top of your client needs.

The Dashboard provides a centralized view of real-time MLS activity and your most important workflows. With customizable widgets and quick access to key tools, you can efficiently track listings, manage searches, and monitor market changes throughout the day.

The Dashboard becomes most valuable once you created searches, added contacts, and started using tags. It reflects the work you’ve already done in the system.


Key Functionality

  • Configurable Widgets: Customize your dashboard using drag-and-drop widgets, dynamic actions, and tabs. Available widgets include Hot Sheets, Days Active in MLS, Contacts, Saved Searches, Tags, and more.

  • Listings: View MLS, brokerage, and agent-only listings. Filter by activity, status, and open houses, and access quick actions such as editing listings or scheduling showings.

  • Hot Sheets: Create new Hot Sheets or generate them from existing saved searches. Manage unlimited Hot Sheets and filter them by status, location, or custom timeframes.

  • Integrations: Access MLS-configured integrations directly from the dashboard for quick navigation to selected third-party tools.
