Before you start
Baldwin Realtors agents sign in through Relevate using Single Sign-On (SSO). You do not need a separate email and password to access Perchwell. Your Relevate account is your login.
💡 Make sure your email address in Relevate is current before signing in. Your Perchwell access is tied to that email.
Sign in with Relevate
Steps:
Open the Perchwell mobile app
Enter the email address listed in your Relevate dashboard
Click Continue
Complete the login process through your Baldwin authentication page
You will be redirected to Perchwell once authentication is completed.
Reminders
You cannot log in using a separate email and password. Access is available only through Relevate SSO.
If you are unable to access your account, contact Baldwin Realtors directly for assistance.
If your email address has changed, update it in Relevate before attempting to sign in.
