Accessing the Export Page
Export options and templates can be found directly from the Search page:
Navigate to the Search page.
Click on the Export button in the upper-right corner.
Creating a New Export Template
On the Export page, click the ‘+’ icon next to Templates.
Enter a name for your new template.
Select the listing fields you'd like to include.
Reorder the columns by dragging and dropping fields into your preferred layout.
Click Save Template to apply your changes.
Exporting a search
At the bottom of the page, click Export.
You will receive a popup that your export will be sent to you email address connected to your Perchwell account.
Check you email and download the export.
Helpful Tips
You can create and save as many templates as you'd like. Users often save templates based on different property types, listing statuses, or by agent/brokerage. There is no limit as to how many templates you can save.
