Adding a Open House to your Listing

Schedule open houses allowing you to make your listings more accessible to potential buyers and brokers.

Schedule an Open House

Open Houses are created from the Manage Listings page. You can add one to a single listing or apply the same Open House details to multiple listings at once.

Option 1: Add to a Single Listing

  1. Go to Manage Listings

  2. Locate the listing you want to schedule an Open House for

    (Use the Filters menu if needed to narrow your list.)

  3. Click the calendar icon to the right of the listing

An Open Houses form will open.

Option 2: Add to Multiple Listings

  1. Go to Manage Listings

  2. Check the selection boxes on the listings you want to update

    (Use the Filters menu if needed to narrow your list.)

  3. A footer menu will appear at the bottom

  4. Click Add Open House

The Open House form will open and apply to all selected listings.

πŸ’‘ When adding an Open House to multiple listings, all listings must share the same details, including type, date, start time, and end time.


Enter Open House Details

After opening the Open Houses form, enter the scheduling information.

  1. Choose Open House Type

    1. Public

    2. Broker Only

    3. By Appointment

  2. Select Date β€” Pick the open house date from the calendar

  3. Set Start Time β€” Enter the start time

  4. Set End Time β€” Enter the end time

Finalize the Open House

  1. Click Add to save the open house

  2. To review scheduled open houses, click the calendar icon again on the listing

    β†’ The panel will display all scheduled and past open houses

  3. To delete an open house, reopen the calendar panel and click the trash can icon next to the event


Things to Know

  • Open Houses are managed from the Manage Listings page

  • The calendar panel shows both upcoming and past events

  • Multiple listings can share one Open House entry when added together

  • Editing or deleting is done from the same calendar panel
