Filtering your listings in Perchwell’s Manage Listings section, allows you to efficiently manage and navigate through a wide array of properties. This guide explains how to use various filter options to streamline your search and management process.

Accessing Filter Options

  1. Navigate to Manage Listings: Start by accessing the 'Manage Listings' section from your Perchwell dashboard.

  2. Search filters: Click the filter button at the top right corner to get started.

Using Text Filters

  1. Address Filter: Enter a specific address in the text field to narrow down listings to a particular location.

  2. Agent or Brokerage Office Filter: Use this text field to filter listings based on specific agents or brokerage offices.

Status Dropdown Filter

  1. Accessing Status Filter: Click on the 'Status' dropdown menu.

  2. Options: Select from statuses like 'Active', 'In Contract', 'Sold', 'Rented', etc., to filter listings based on their current market status.

Public & Internal Filter

  1. Accessing Public & Internal Filter: Locate the 'Public & Internal' dropdown.

  2. Options: Choose between 'Public' and 'Internal' to filter listings based on their visibility status.
