Quick Start
Go to Manage Listings from your Perchwell dashboard.
Select a tab (Sales, Rentals, Pending Updates, or Representation Claims).
Click Filters in the top right.
Choose your criteria and review the results in real time.
Tabs at a Glance
Sales: Active, in contract, or closed sales.
Rentals: Active, application pending, or rented.
Pending Updates: Listings that need attention before going live or updating.
💡 Pending Updates are only available for Brokerage Admins. This is selected during the onboarding process, and requires agent in a brokerage to have their listings approved by an administrator before it's submitted to the MLS.
Representation Claims: Listings where you are confirming representation.
Filters You’ll Use Most
Text Filters
Address: Type a full or partial address to hone in on a location.
Agent or Brokerage Office: Search by agent name or office to focus on your team’s listings.
MLS ID: Paste an MLS ID to jump directly to a listing.
Status
Use the Status dropdown to view listings by market state:
Active
In Contract
Sold
Rented
And more
Visibility
Filter by Public & Internal:
Public: Visible on public portals and to clients, based on your settings.
Internal: Visible only within your organization.
Workflow Stage
Narrow by listing progress:
Drafts
Awaiting Activation
Live
Updates Pending
Tip: You can select multiple statuses or stages at once to see a complete picture.
Pro Tips
Save time with MLS ID. When you have the ID, use it first.
Track team coverage. Combine Agent or Office with Status to follow up or review performance.
