When to use a Listing Report
Use a Listing Report when you need a clean, shareable summary of listings.
Share a short list of listings with a client
Review comparable listings with your team
Present key property details without building a full CMA
Create a listing Report from Search or Tags
Start your report from Search or Tags, depending on where you selected your listings.
Start from Search
Use this option when you are selecting listings directly from search results.
Steps:
Open Search
Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to include
In the footer action bar, click Create Report
Select Listing Report
Start from Tags
Use this option when your listings are already grouped in a tag.
Steps:
Open Tags
Open the tag that contains your listings
Click Create Report
Select Listing Report
By default, the report includes all listings in the tag. Remove or reorder listings after the report editor opens.
Listing Report customization
After you select Listing Report, review the report settings and choose what recipients will see.
Set the report header (optional)
Add a header to help recipients understand what they are viewing.
Enter a report title
Enter a report subtitle
Choose how listing links open
Set what happens when someone clicks a listing link in the report.
Select Open in Perchwell
Select Open externally with your branding
Select the fields to display
Choose which listing details appear on each listing page in the report:
Include listing agent information
Include your contact information
Include the exact address
Include Days on Market (DOM)
Include open house information
Include list date
Include cross streets
Include neighborhood
Include a large map
💡 Click Include Exact Address to let recipients open the client-facing Listing Detail Page directly from the report.
Unit numbers are included when applicable.
Choose the page orientation
Select how the report is formatted.
Select Portrait
Select Landscape
Reorder or remove listings
Adjust the listings included in the report before you share it.
Drag and drop listings to reorder them
Click the X to remove a listing
When finished, click Next.
Listing Report sharing
After you review your settings, choose how you want to share your report.
After finalizing the report settings, choose how you want to distribute it.
Email the Report
Send the report directly to an email address.
Steps:
Select Email
Enter the recipient’s email address
Update the subject line
Review the message body and make edits as needed
Click Email Report
You and the recipient both receive a copy.
Download the Report
Generate a PDF you can save or share.
Steps:
Select Download.
A PDF will be generated.
Save the file to your device.
Print the Report
Print a paper copy or save as a PDF from your browser.
Steps:
Select Print
In your browser’s print dialog, choose your printer and settings
Click Print
Tips
Click Previous to return to earlier steps and adjust settings.
Add more listings by creating a new report.
Find saved reports in your Report Library.
Search for a report using the recipient’s email address.
