Use Analytics to turn your current Search results into charts you can share.
Compare pricing and trends within your filtered results.
Understand how listings are distributed across price ranges.
Review amenities and features across the market.
Add charts to Reports or Market Analytics.
💡 Analytics only reflects the listings in your current search. Update your filters first, then review your charts.
Analytics access (Search)
Steps:
Open Search
Switch to the Listings view
Select the View drop down
Click Analytics
Chart creation
Chart setup
Create charts directly from the Analytics tab.
Steps:
Click + Charts
Open a chart category
Choose a chart type
Choose the right chart category
Pick a category based on the question you are trying to answer.
Category | What you can learn |
Market Share | Review amenities and feature availability across your filtered market. |
Distribution | Understand how listings spread across price ranges and key medians. |
Location | Compare pricing and property data across areas and nearby locations. |
Median | Analyze pricing medians like price per square foot or price per bedroom. |
Share, Export, and Print
Use Share to generate a PDF or send a report via Email.
Steps:
Click Share icon
Choose Portrait or Landscape
Enter recipients names or select from the Suggested contacts list
Select to Email Report or Export PDF
Use the Print icon to print the charts currently displayed.
Steps:
Click the Print icon
A PDF download will appear, and you can take the next steps on your device to print
Tips
Update your Filters before you open Analytics so your charts reflect the right set of listings.
Add exported PDFs to CMAs or Listing Reports.
