Billing for PerfectMatch: AI Shopping Quiz is fully automatic and usage-based, handled through Shopify. Here's how it works:
Every billing cycle starts on the Free tier.
As quiz completions add up during the cycle, PerfectMatch automatically upgrades you to the next tier when you pass your current tier's completion limit — no action needed on your side.
You're only charged if completions move you up, and only for the tier you land on. The difference between tiers is charged through Shopify.
The next billing cycle resets to Free, so you never keep paying for a busy month that's over.
Example: 2,000 completions this month puts you on Pro ($159) for this cycle. Next cycle you start on Free again.
All charges appear on your regular Shopify bill — no separate payment method needed. Charges can only happen after you approve the subscription in Shopify (you'll be asked to confirm a capped maximum when you activate the app). There is no charge at all unless quiz completions exceed the free limit.
