Access and view email campaigns

This guide shows you how to navigate the email campaigns dashboard, review campaign activity, check detailed statistics, and manage draft campaigns.

Email campaigns are a powerful way to keep your team informed and engaged throughout feedback and performance cycles. This guide will walk you through how to access your email campaigns dashboard, view campaign activity and statistics, and manage your past campaigns. Whether you're checking the status of a recently sent campaign or reviewing recipient engagement, you'll find everything you need here.

Accessing and review the email campaigns dashboard

Your email campaigns dashboard is your central hub for viewing all campaign activity and accessing past campaigns.

  1. From your admin panel, click on Email Campaigns in the left-hand menu

  2. You'll arrive at the email campaigns dashboard, which displays high-level campaign statistics

  3. Use the tabs at the top to toggle between Analytics, Campaigns, Distribution Lists, and Email Templates

  4. Access user guides anytime by clicking the Admin Guide button in the top right corner

Viewing campaign activity and statistics

The dashboard gives you a snapshot of your email campaign performance over time.

  1. At the top of the dashboard, you'll see a summary of recent campaign activity

  2. Use the timeline drop-down to change the period you're viewing (e.g., last month, last quarter)

  3. Review the snapshot statistics showing campaign activity across different categories

  4. Scroll down to see a complete list of past campaigns with key details

Review past email campaigns

The campaigns list organises all your campaigns by status so you can quickly find what you're looking for.

Your campaigns are grouped by status:

  • Sending now – campaigns currently being sent

  • Draft campaigns – campaigns you've started but haven't sent yet

  • Active recurring campaigns – campaigns set to send on a repeating schedule

  • One-off campaign history – individual campaigns you've already sent

Each campaign card shows its status, the email template used, the distribution list and recipient count, and who created or last edited it.

Sending recurring campaigns

Recurring campaigns send automatically on a repeating schedule.

  2. Active recurring campaigns appear under Active recurring campaigns in the list, showing the next scheduled send

  3. Use Cancel on a recurring campaign to stop future sends

Edit, duplicate or delete draft email campaigns

Campaigns that haven't been sent yet can be edited and prepared for sending.

  2. Click on the campaign to open it

  3. Make any necessary edits to the content, distribution list, or settings

  4. When ready, you can send the campaign or continue saving it as a draft

Save time by duplicating past campaigns to create new ones with similar content.

  2. Click the Duplicate button

  3. A new copy of the campaign will be created
