Team members completing a debrief

Learn how to complete debrief feedback in Performance Leader as a team member. Step-by-step guide covering email invitations, dashboard access, and submitting feedback.

This guide walks you through how to access debrief invitations, navigate to the feedback form, and submit your input. Whether you're accessing via email, your dashboard, or the debriefs module directly, you'll find everything you need to contribute meaningful feedback to your team.

Accessing your debrief invitation

When you're invited to provide feedback on a debrief, you'll receive an email notification with a direct link to the feedback form. This is the quickest way to get started.

Alternatively, you can access debriefs through your Performance Leader dashboard or the debriefs module itself.

Navigating the debriefs module

The debriefs module is your central hub for all debrief-related activity. From here, you can view open debriefs, create new ones, review completed debriefs, and complete any outstanding feedback.

  1. Access the debriefs module directly from the network menu.

  2. You'll see a list of currently open debriefs that need your attention.

  3. Review the list to see which debriefs require your feedback.

Completing the feedback form

Once you've identified the debrief you need to complete, the process is simple and intuitive.

  1. Click the blue 'Complete Feedback' button next to the relevant debrief.

  2. This will open the feedback form directly.

  3. Depending on your debrief configuration, you may be able to see:

    • Details about the debrief context.

    • Feedback already provided by other participants.

  4. Complete the form fields with your feedback and reflections.

  5. Choose to either:

    • Save your submission as a draft (to return to later).

    • Submit your feedback directly (if you're ready to finalise).

If you saved your feedback as a draft, you can return to the debriefs module at any time to complete and submit it.

Once you've submitted your feedback, the debrief facilitator will have everything they need to close the debrief and generate the final summary.
