Performance Leader lets you export your data to Excel for analysis, reporting, or archiving outside the system. This guide covers exporting from the Reviews, Fast Feedback, and Objectives modules, plus pulling your current and deactivated user lists.
Exports live within each module (under Manage Apps). As a restricted admin you can run every export below for the people in your assigned scope (departments, roles, and locations); a couple of options are marked Super Admin only.
Export review data
Review exports are run from inside each review.
Go to Manage Apps → Reviews and open the review you want (its Overview tab).
Click Export to open the Export Review Data dialog.
Choose an Export Type: - Form Responses — employee review form answers, one row per employee. - Contributor Feedback — 360 feedback from contributors, one row per contributor response.
Optionally set the Department, Location, and Role filters (leave them empty to export everything in your scope).
Click Export to Excel to download.
Super Admin only: bulk PDF exports — the existing PDF reports for a whole cycle, and contributor-feedback PDFs (attributed or anonymised) — are produced from Utilities → Data Utilities → Bulk PDF export. Data Utilities is not available to restricted admins.
Export fast feedback data
Go to Manage Apps → Fast Feedback and open the Configuration & tools tab.
Click Export data to open the Export Feedback Data dialog.
Choose an Export Type: - Consolidated — all form fields combined into single Request Text and Feedback Text columns. - Separated — each form field gets its own column (requires a specific template). - Requested (Pending) — feedback that has been requested but not yet completed. - CSR Contributions — Feedback for Good charity voting data.
Optionally choose a Feedback Template, tick Include Quality Analysis, and set a Date range.
Click Export to Excel to download.
Export objectives data
Go to Manage Apps → Objectives and open the Configuration & tools tab.
Click Export data to open the Export Objectives dialog.
Choose the Objective status to include (Active, Complete, Draft) and which fields to Include in export (Basic Information, User Attributes, Comments and Actions, Quality Analysis).
Optionally filter by Alignment, Created Date, and user attributes (Department, Position, Location).
Click Export to Excel to download.
Pull your user list (current and deactivated)
Current (active) users
Open the Admin section in the left-hand menu and click Manage Users.
Use search, filters, and the column menu to set the view you want.
Click Export (top right) to download the current view in Excel.
Deactivated (archived) users
In Manage Users, click Deactivated Users.
Review the list of deactivated users (reactivate any user here if needed).
As a restricted admin, both lists are automatically limited to the departments, roles, and locations in your scope.
Super Admin only: for a single combined record that spans both active and archived people, use the employee data export in Utilities → Data Utilities (not available to restricted admins). Restricted admins can pull the active and deactivated lists separately from Manage Users as above.
