If your firm signs in to Performance Leader with an email address and password rather than single sign-on, you can reset that password yourself from the sign-in screen. It takes a minute and does not need an administrator.
If your firm uses single sign-on, there is no Performance Leader password to reset. You sign in with your usual work account, and anything wrong there is one for your IT team.
Reset your password
On the sign-in screen, select Forgot your password?
Enter your work email address, the one your firm holds for you in Performance Leader.
Select Reset.
You will see confirmation that the email is on its way.
Open the email when it arrives and follow the link to set a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it expires before you get to it, go back to the sign-in screen and request another.
If your firm uses both
Some firms offer single sign-on and passwords side by side. If the sign-in screen opens with single sign-on options, select Use Performance Leader credentials instead? to reach the password form, where you will find the Forgot your password? link.
If the email does not arrive
Give it a few minutes, then check your junk or spam folder.
If there is still nothing, the most likely explanation is the email address. The confirmation screen appears whether or not the address matches an account, so a typo, or an old address your firm no longer holds for you, produces the same message as a successful request. Try again with the address your firm uses for you.
If that does not work, contact whoever administers Performance Leader at your firm. They can confirm the address held against your record and, if necessary, update it.
