How can I share my video with the customer support team ?

If the video is too big and heavy to be sent through the Perifit application or via email, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to generate and send a shared link via WeTransfer:

Step 1: Open WeTransfer

Navigate to the WeTransfer website (https://wetransfer.com/).

Step 2: Upload Your File(s)

Click on the "+ Add your files" button to select the file(s) you wish to share.

Step 3: Enter Recipient Information

After uploading your file(s), you will be prompted to enter the recipient's email address. Send it to “support@perifit.co”. You can also include your own email address to receive a confirmation once the files are successfully sent.

Step 4: Add a Message (Optional)

You can include your order number and a message describing what is seen on the videos to accompany the shared files and provide more Information.

Step 5: Generate the Shared Link

Once you've entered the recipient's email address and any optional message, click on the "3 dots (…)" button to choose if you want to “Send email transfer” or to “Get transfer link” to share. WeTransfer will then begin uploading your file(s).

Step 6: Copy the Shared Link

Once the upload is complete, WeTransfer will generate a unique link for your transfer. This link will be displayed on the confirmation page. Click on the "Copy link" button to copy the link to your clipboard.

Step 7: Send the Shared Link

You can now paste the copied link into an email, messaging app, or any other communication platform. Our customer service team will be able to access and download the shared files by clicking on the link.
