The customer profile for membership card holders provides visibility into subscription status, tier levels, and expiration dates. Membership cards offer exclusive access and benefits—manage subscriptions, adjust tiers, track payments, and maintain member relationships from one centralized location.

Managing membership cards without Stripe

Changing expiration date

Extend or adjust membership expiration dates manually.

Step 1: Access expiration settings

  1. Locate the expiration date in the customer profile

  2. Click the Edit button next to the date

Step 2: Select new date

  1. A calendar or date picker appears

  2. Select the new expiration date

  3. Click Submit

What happens:

  • Expiration date updates immediately

  • Member receives extended access

  • System reflects new validity period
