Customer profile — Coupon card

Manage coupon redemptions and view customer details directly from the customer profile.

Overview

When you open a customer's profile for a Coupon card, you can redeem the coupon, view the linked loyalty card conversion, update card settings, send push notifications, and review feedback — all from your dashboard without needing the Scanner app.


Profile metrics

When you open a customer's Coupon card profile, the following metrics are displayed:

  • LTV (Lifetime Value) — Total amount of all purchases since the customer joined the loyalty program

  • Coupon status — Whether the coupon is active or redeemed

  • Card status — Whether the card is installed, not installed, or deleted

  • Card expiration date — Can be edited from the profile

  • Segments — The customer's RFM segment

  • Feedback rating — The customer's feedback score

  • Card serial number — The unique identifier for the customer's card

  • Installed on device — How the card was installed (PWA, Google Wallet, or Apple Wallet)

  • Total visits — Total visits the customer has made

  • UTM — The distribution channel the card was installed through

  • Card issue date — When the card was issued

  • Custom fields — Any additional fields the customer filled in during card installation

  • Promotions — Any active promotions applied to this card

Note: If any fields visible in your dashboard aren't listed here, they may vary based on your specific card configuration.


Redeeming a coupon

  1. Click Redeem in the customer's profile.

  2. Enter the Purchase amount.

  3. Click Apply.

Once redeemed, the coupon status changes to Redeemed.


Linked card conversion

If the coupon card is linked to a loyalty card (e.g., a stamp or reward card), the customer's profile will automatically update to show the new card type after the coupon is redeemed. The reward program changes in the customer's profile accordingly.

Important: If a coupon card is linked to a stamp or reward card, be aware of the following:

  • The customer will not appear as an installed user under the linked stamp or reward card

  • The installation is only recorded under the coupon card that the customer originally interacted with


Changing card status

To delete a card from a customer's profile:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the card status.

  2. Click the Delete button that appears.

Important: This does not remove the card from the customer's phone. The customer must delete it manually. The card will no longer function even if they keep it on their device.


Modifying card expiration date

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the card expiration date.

  2. Select the new date from the calendar that appears.


Viewing custom fields and personalized links

Click View Custom Fields to see any custom data associated with the customer.

To copy the customer's unique links:

  • Card installation link — Click Copy next to the installation link

  • Referral link — Click Copy next to the referral link


Sending a push notification

  1. Click the Send Push tab.

  2. Select the card.

  3. Optionally schedule the message for a future time.

  4. Type your message and send.

The push notification is sent only to this customer.


Viewing customer information

Click the Information tab to view and edit the customer's personal details.

Note: Changes made here do not affect the original personal information displayed on the card itself.


Viewing customer feedback

Click the Feedback tab to view the customer's feedback history. Filter by day, week, month, year, all time, or a custom date range. Tick Only Comments to view only feedback with written comments.


FAQs

What happens after a coupon is redeemed?

The coupon status changes to "Redeemed." If the coupon is linked to a loyalty card (e.g., a stamp card), the customer's profile automatically updates to show the new card type.

Will the customer appear under the linked stamp or reward card?

No. The installation is only recorded under the coupon card. The customer will not appear as an installed user under the linked loyalty card template.

Can a coupon be redeemed more than once?

No. Coupon cards are one-time use. Once redeemed, the coupon cannot be used again.

Can I redeem a coupon without entering a purchase amount?

The purchase amount field is available for ROI tracking. Check your card settings to determine whether it's required or optional for your configuration.
