How do I subscribe from a computer?
Click "Learn More" under "Try Pro" in the left sidebar or visit your settings page. Choose a subscription plan—monthly or annual—and complete the payment process.

How do I download a subscription invoice or receipt?
In settings, scroll to "Subscription" in the Perplexity Pro section.
Click "Manage Subscription" to go to current plan page.
Scroll to "Invoice History" and select billing date.
A new window will open with option to download invoice or receipt.
How do I update my billing information on computer?
Go to settings and scroll to "Subscription" in Perplexity Pro section.
Click "Manage Subscription" to go to current plan page.
Scroll to "Billing and Shipping Information" and click "+ Add payment method."
Can I pause my subscription?
No, subscription pausing isn't available. If you can't make a payment, you can cancel and reactivate when convenient.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
Your account will revert to the free version after current billing cycle ends, losing Pro features access.
How do I cancel my subscription from computer?
Go to Settings, scroll to "Subscription" under Perplexity Pro. Click "Manage Subscription" to go to current plan page, then choose "Cancel plan."
This only applies if you subscribed via web.
